• Project Data — blueprints, takeoff measurements, estimates, proposals, photos, and other construction project files you upload or generate.
• Payment Information — billing address, payment method details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage Data — pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and interaction timestamps.
• Communications — messages sent through our platform, support requests, and call recordings when using AI phone services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the EcoBuild Pro platform and services.
• Process transactions and send related billing communications.
• Power AI features including estimating, takeoff analysis, scope building, and content generation.
• Send service notifications, security alerts, and product updates.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers — Supabase (database), AWS (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Twilio (communications), and AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for feature functionality.
• Your Organization — team members within your organization can access shared project data based on role permissions.
• Legal Requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

4. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level security policies on all database tables, and regular security audits. See our Security page for details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, audit logs).
